12th Annual Patron Party & Miniature Art Auction

LPAPA's annual Patron Party & Miniature Art Auction honors a tradition that started more than a century ago. In 1918, our town’s founding artists hosted lively art parties and sold small miniatures to patrons to raise funds to sustain their Laguna art gallery. Today, your support keeps that historical flame burning.
The fun begins at 6:00 pm with guests indulging in exquisite wines, sparkling refreshments, and gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres meticulously prepared by the legendary culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.
This beloved annual "soiree" is a collector favorite. Get up close with a breathtaking collection of original miniature masterworks created by today’s top award-winning plein air artists—then raise your paddle in a high-energy live auction to take home your own "little gem"!

If you are unable to be with us on September 16th and wish to register as a Proxy Bidder, please purchase a Ticket then contact LPAPA President Toni Kellenberg at (949) 291-0882 or email toni@lpapa.org to confirm Proxy bidding details.
The fast-paced live auction, exclusive to registered Patron Party attendees and registered proxy bidders, will commence at approximately 7:15 pm, and is expected to end with dessert at approximately 8:30 pm.
The miniature artwork can be viewed online at lpapa.org, or in person at the LPAPA Gallery starting September 3rd.
Through the support of The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, and the contributing artists, 100% of the ticket sale and auction proceeds goes to support nonprofit LPAPA, the LPAPA Gallery, the 2026 Laguna Plein Air Invitational, as well as LPAPA's year-round nonprofit arts and education programs -- including LPAPA's youth education programs for The Plein Air Project dedicated to educating and inspiring the next generation of plein air painters!
All ticket and auction sales are final and nonrefundable but are transferable with advance notice to LPAPA by email info@lpapa.org or by phone (949) 376-3635.
The LPAPA Gallery is located on gallery row in Laguna Beach at 414 N. Coast Highway, between Jasmine and Myrtle Streets.
